In The Eye of the Stars: How to Care Your Face

Birds' eyes are beautiful but they need care too! They help us identify things in our surroundings. Birds’ eyes can be used on trees, on the ground where grass blades meet water, so we know that this is grass, not something else, like an animal. We use our brains and memories to find familiar shapes.

Most people have a similar journey with animals. If you have been traveling for a long time, you would probably pick up your first animals at places like wildlife parks or animal shows. These creatures helped you to get to know nature more than ever before. Most of these people did not know what wild animals looked like, so when you see a large white bird that appears to be blue-grey, it doesn’t mean that what looks like a small, green colored creature is actually a parakeet. Many of the species look like us only because we have a lot of similarities with them. This may sound silly but let me explain why you should pay attention to how your birds look.

Bird's Eye Viewing

There is no debate about the importance of viewing animals from your own bird’s eye view. Animals can’t recognize their surroundings all by themselves, so our eyes are necessary. But since our eyes don’t have the same capabilities as our minds, we should learn some specific skills to enhance our ability to focus on one thing at a time.

Your eyes are made up of three layers that can sense and respond differently than our brain. However, your eye vision system is still very much like the other parts of the body. Since we tend to take everything at face value, we often overlook important information like:

How did the world come into being?

Why do certain foods or ingredients taste good?

How different is something like food, or does something tastes the same every time?

How do plants make certain nutrients (or lack of)?

What species do they belong to?

How well do they blend into their environment?

How well do they maintain these types of things?

If you want to improve your eyesight, there are three tools we can use to turn your gaze inward and improve the way you look at things. I will show you in detail in another post, but to start, here are some tips from the internet.

1: Focus on What You See From A Different Angle

Most of us find it easier to look through doors or look at objects or people on different sides than to look at the same object from a different angle. There is no reason to look at stuff from a different perspective. It might increase your chances of seeing things from a different angle, but it doesn’t make good sense. In fact, the opposite should happen.

You should always look at things from behind. Make sure you look towards the center of the room and not at the edge. Also, try to glance away from a place you have visited and try to look elsewhere. Look at things from a distance.

So think carefully before looking at a place. Ask yourself if this object really adds meaning to your life. Does it matter? Is there anything worth remembering? Find out if an object exists without trying to make sense of it. Look at the outside and figure out. And then, if you really want to find out more. Go outside and look at the sky.

Look into a person’s eye. Have a look at their eyes. Do they look like ours? Are they big and round? Try to replicate an image of those eyes. Now, put them on a plate and eat.

Focus On People

Another problem with our eyes is people. Yes, we all love to talk with people, but we shouldn’t do so every second of everyday. Our eyes aren’t capable of connecting the dots between different images and understand what people are saying. So we need to focus on others to hear and understand things people say. In addition, we also need to stop and listen when these things that people speak and do. Some people will have a conversation, and the first thing you notice about them is how many words they use. Some people might be in their car while they talk, or while reading their book. But don’t just go and pretend that you can read their text, even those who are a bit slower than you. Make sure you look for signs of boredom or distraction that you can tune out of, so that you can really hear the message. Listen and wait to answer the question. Or to ask them a question, or to be sure that they need help. Just keep in mind that these things that other people do have nothing to do with yours.

2: Think One Word At Time

Our ears might be able to hear several words at once, but not enough to grasp each word. And what does that mean? We need to take in everything else that comes into the room. So, start thinking and learn one word at a time. Take a moment and write exactly the first word that enters your head, whether that word is “dog” or “teddy bear.” When you are done writing the word, stop. Write again, and again, and again. The more you think about the word, the clearer the better. Every single word has an equal amount of power. Everything you write comes down to you and your ability to think, which is the key to unlocking your full potential.

3: Relaxation Isn't Easy

No surprise in saying that relaxation isn’t easy either, but it is possible! Your stress level is probably already pretty high, so if you want to get rid of those thoughts, negative feelings, and unwanted behaviors, you need to find ways to relieve those emotions and focus on the task at hand. Your body is doing a great job sending some messages to your mind. Don’t ignore them! You can easily get distracted by small distractions; just keep in mind that distractions are easy to spot, and you can remove them as soon as you notice them happening. That said, let me explain how you can achieve more results with your body.

4: Practice Good Oral Hygiene

Oral hygiene can be difficult sometimes, and that is why there are many mouthwash/dental floss companies. However, oral hygiene goes beyond brushing your teeth. You can’t brush your teeth or floss to remove bacteria from your insides. You also cannot change who you are just by cleaning your mouth. Let’s try to rephrase that. What is normal? Normal behavior is a sign that you should be a better version of yourself. By practicing good oral hygiene, your mouth will clean itself with fewer symptoms, and more people will be attracted to you! When practicing good oral hygiene, you should go at least two minutes after eating so that your tongue and palate receive enough time to relax and allow the food to flow off. Keep in mind, this means that you need to drink water instead of coffee or soda, and eat small amounts of fruit or vegetables. After you finish chewing, spit right over the top of the spoon. You will feel more relaxed after each bite. Not only will it prevent mouth cancer, but it’ll give you a little smiley face and make you laugh at times. It will also encourage people to eat again, and they certainly will. Remember the feeling that came when you had a sweet tooth? Well, now, that same feeling should come as a surprise. Everyone feels anxious sometimes, so when that happens, you may experience anxiety and become ashamed, but your tongue and palate don’t care. The less anxiety you feel, the more open you will be to other opportunities. So, start practicing good oral hygiene. Enjoy all the benefits of living a healthy, happy life, and make your heart beat.

5: Sleep

You know that sleep is essential to our survival? Of course you do. Without sleep, we can’t work, exercise, or take care of any part of our lives. Therefore, you need to make sure that you’re getting enough sleep, which is important for good mental health. Getting the wrong amount of sleep can lead to mood swings and headaches. You can get a few hours of deep breathing, but if the insomnia you’ve experienced continues to cause you to wake up at night, you might start sleeping too frequently. You may end up falling asleep when you should be awake. You could develop snoring or hoarse voice when you want to speak or laugh, the most common problems associated with sleeplessness. Although you should avoid caffeine to get some extra sleep, alcohol can be helpful for your sleep, too. In addition, your muscles require rest too. Resting your body helps them repair more quickly and gives them an added energy boost. Studies show that those who sleep six hours will wake up feeling energized and creative and their brain will be able to function better. Eat plenty of protein and do more movement throughout the day: sleep is very important to your overall well-being. You might not fall asleep immediately, but you will feel rested.

6: Exercise

It’s very clear that if you work hard enough, you will eventually build muscle. Muscle is good for all of the weight lifting and strength training you have to do while training. If you work out late at night, the next morning, you will be strong and ready to tackle your workout. Plus, muscle helps speed up your metabolism—what makes you faster and stronger, and how, in general, you perform tasks. You can perform a few pushups on a regular basis, which keeps your muscles active and ready to go, helping increase your flexibility as
